A creative and dynamic practice that integrates breath, movement, strength, flexibility and balance while challenging the cardiovascular system. Although Freestyle Flow classes might introduce some more advanced postures, it remains accessible to all.
beginner connection flow
60 minutes Level 1 & 2 Warm
A heated vinyasa yoga class connecting each movement with breath. Each movement in the series is cued by an inhalation or an exhalation of the breath and moves through a complete sequence. Learn the foundations of each pose and proper alignment.
dynamic power flow

Flow through a detoxifying sweat in this athletic and dynamic sequence of postures. Expect to be challenged in this faster-paced and more intense class.

We will find our focus with Intention Cards if you need guidance for your session. Beginning with a new breath technique each week to set the tone for our meditation. Exploring areas of the body that hold tension from our everyday life stress.
